Has the DEA or FBI been secretly tracking your travel?  I know it sounds like science fiction but the government routinely installs tracking devices on suspect's cars, boats and planes.

The Supreme Court today ruled that to do so, they must get a search warrant from a judge.  If they don't, the evidence is subject to being suppressed and thrown out.   You may win your case on a technicality. These GPS tracking devices are attached with magnets under the vehicle and provide the Government with details of your travel. They get a print out of your entire travel history.

The Court ruled that it was an invasion of the right of privacy and a violation of your constitutional rights to install a GPS without a court order.
